Believing firmly in quality veterinary care, Mark Crootof and Robert Spiegel produce state of the art facilities; almost all of his veterinary practices have digital radiography and ultrasounds. You will also notice the designs and layouts of each project are customized to fit the client's personal needs and to utilize the building space in the most efficient way possible.

After graduating from veterinary school and spending several years practicing veterinary medicine, Dr. Mark Crootof was prepared to start his own Veterinary Hospital. In 1984 Dr. Mark Crootof purchased an old horse farm in Upstate New York; he renovated one of the barns to create Milton Veterinary Hospital. Dr. Mark Crootof practiced here for over twenty years and still owns the 3,000 square foot practice today. - Upstate Animal Medical Center Gallery »


Wanting to expand into the nearby town of Saratoga Springs, NY, Dr. Mark Crootof started Upstate Animal Medical Center as a leasehold in 1991. This practice quickly outgrew the space, so he designed and built a new hospital in 1997. This 5,000 square foot practice was sold in 2001. - Northway Animal Emergency Clinic Gallery »


In 2000 a group of veterinarians, including Dr. Mark Crootof, collaborated to start an emergency clinic. Dr. Mark Crootof took a lead role finding the property, negotiating the purchase, buying the equipment, and helping with its design. The clinic turned out to be a success and paid off its loan in less than 6 years. Dr. Mark Crootof still sits on the board of the Northway Animal Emergency Clinic today.

Although you would never know based on the inside, Orcutt Veterinary Hospital is constructed from a portion of an old supermarket shell. Having plenty of space, this practice provides luxury dog and cat boarding for its clients.
